LC Magna Protein Pancakes

If you haven’t tried the New LC Magna protein yet now is the time! With only six ingredients, these protein pancakes are delicious and don’t have any processed flours, added sugar, or sugar substitutes, making them the perfect way to start your day!

Recipe (makes 8 Pancakes)

  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup liquid egg whites
  • 1 cup cottage cheese (2%)
  • 1 packet LC Magna
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • (optional: banana)

Directions: Place all ingredients into blender and mix until smooth, pour ¼ cup of batter onto a lightly greased pan or griddle. Cook on medium high heat for about 2 minutes each side.

Suggested Toppings:

  • Natural nut butter
  • Berries
  • Banana
  • Greek yogurt
  • Unsweetened applesauce
  • Sugar free syrup
